* For Low Season is defined as the period 

  • • between the 15/03 and the 06/04
  • • between the 01/10 and the 30/11

** For Medium Season is defined as the period

  • • between the 11/04 and the 20/04,
  • • between the 02/05 and the 31/05
  • • between the 04/09 and the 30/09
*** For High Season is defined as the period

GENERAL INFORMATION

It is possible to check-in between 15:00 and 20:00 while the check-out is expected until 10:00 a.m.
Prices include: hot water, electricity, gas,
TV, parking, bus (only on July and August).

Prices don’t include: end of stay cleaning of Euro 30,00 and the tourist tax.

RESERVATION: it is possible to make a reservation by e-mail, phone or via WhatsApp, upon payment of a deposit equal to 50% of the agreed price to be paid through Bank Transfer to:

causal: your name, surname and reservation period.

The reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit which the campsite must receive no later than 2 days from the date of confirmation of the request.

BOOKING CANCELLATION: in case of cancellation of the reservation above 14 days the previous check-in date the entire deposit paid will be refunded.

No refund is due in the 14 days prior to the check-in date or in case of no-show.
Particularly, in case of no-show the Reception reserves the right to dispose of the unit differently without any compensation to the customer for the deposit paidstarting from 12:00 p.m. of the day after the expected check-in.

Even if not used entirely due to late arrival or early departure, the booked period must still be paid in full.

CONDITIONS: the amount of the entire stay must be paid upon arrival.
Pets are welcome within the accommodation and the owners are considered responsible for any damage to things and/or people caused by them.

The confirmation of the reservation after the payment of the deposit is explicit acceptance of the terms and conditions listed above.
